Our Hashtag Printer service is the ultimate way to turn your event attendees into active brand ambassadors. Harnessing the power of their Instagram accounts, your guests have the freedom to turn their cellphones into “photo booths on the go,” sharing photos of your event across social media and quickly receiving a branded print of said photo from the Hashtag Printer. The setup consists of customizable print stations that produce brandable 4x6 photo images from public Instagram accounts. Make your event a constant hub of activity, at any moment and in any area, as friends pose and snap selfies, post with your hashtag, and take home their prints as souvenirs.

Here is how it works. You choose a unique hashtag for your event and share it with your attendees. Anytime a guest at the event takes a photo and posts it on their public Instagram account using the hashtag, it is captured and printed by one of our digital print stations. The image is printed on a 4x6 branded template that can include your logo, messaging, or any other content you wish.

The system prints only after the image is shared on Instagram, ensuring that each attendee remembers to post, and that your hashtag and brand is available for all to see. Your guests pick up their print at our Hashtag Printer station, run by one of our friendly professional staff. In addition to being able to brand the prints, you can also custom vinyl wrap the print station to incorporate your onsite event theme and messaging.
